We at elangbola support three ways to access our platform on mobile. Android users can download our APK directly from our website and install it on devices running Android 7 or later. iOS users access elangbola through Safari or Chrome browser on devices running iOS 12 or later — no App Store installation required. Web users can access elangbola.app directly from any mobile browser.
Each path offers the same account, the same games, and the same payment methods. Your account balance, transaction history, and settings sync across all three paths. If you start a session on Android and switch to browser, you remain logged in with the same account.

Common Installation Issues and Solutions
Android users may see a warning about "Unknown sources" when installing the APK. This is normal — the APK is not from the Google Play Store. To proceed, go to Settings → Security → Unknown sources and enable it. After installation, you can disable this setting again. Some Android devices may require you to trust the certificate — tap "Install anyway" if prompted. If the APK does not download, check that your device has at least 50 MB free storage and that your browser is not blocking downloads.
iOS users may see a prompt to "Trust" the web app. Tap Settings → General → VPN & Device Management and trust the elangbola certificate. If the home screen shortcut does not work, delete it and re-add it from Safari. Web users on any platform should clear browser cache if the app does not load — use your browser's settings to clear cookies and cached data.
Data, Permissions, and Account Security
We at elangbola encrypt all data in transit using TLS 1.2 or later. Your password is hashed and salted; we do not store it in plain text. The Android APK requests only essential permissions: internet access for connectivity, and storage access to cache game data. We do not request access to your contacts, location, or camera. iOS browser access requires no special permissions beyond standard browser functionality.
We recommend enabling two-factor authentication on your account for added security. You can reset your password at any time from the account settings page. If you lose access to your account, contact our support team with your email and mobile number for verification. All withdrawal requests are reviewed before processing to prevent fraud.
